Introduction:

Rubber mixing mill is engineered to provide unmatched performance for masticating and kneading natural rubber, synthetic rubber, eva or pvc pellets with various chemical materials, the final materials can be fed to calender, hot presses or other processing machine for making rubber or plastic products. This machine is mainly used to plastic, hot mill and mixing mill of natural and synthetic rubber for rubber product factory. Rubber mixing mill is used for plasticizing, mixing, thermal refining and sheeting of rubber(plastic).

3)This machine is double roller opening to be used for rubber mixing. It consists of seat, Frame, Rubber, Driving device, Lubricator and cooler, range adjusting device of roller. Safety brake, Motor and reducer, etc.

4) The roller is made from safety cooled and hard cast steel, smooth surface is polished. in term of different case. Saturated steam and cooling water can be inputted in the empty roller to adjust speed of roller. Colloidal particles are drawn into the gap of the two rollers which make relative rotation in different velocity to mix rubber.

5) Complete Emergency stop &interlock protection system with reverse running function ensures a 100% safety

6) High efficiency, energy saving and brand new mill design significantly reduces installation space. 7) Rollers are made of NiCrMo alloy steel through centrifugal casting, hardness is around HS76.

8) Roller bearings are adopted with ZWZ, best brand in China, other brand is optional upon requirement.

9) Roller bearing supports and glands are made of superior casting steel through annealing treatment.

10) Frame is made of casting iron through annealing treatment, steel welding structure is also available.

11) Bedplate is integral welding structure, made of superior steel through annealing treatment. 12) Reducer adopts with precision hard gears secures high torque, low noise and extra long service life.

13) Speed ratio gears are made of 42CrMo through heating treatment.


Features:

1) The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy, so the surface is hard and wearable.The internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned.

2) This machine has overload protection devices,and the major components cannot be damaged because of over loading.

3) This machine is equipped with emergency braking device. When an emergent accident happens, draw the pull rod, and then the machine will stop at once. It is safe and reliable.

4) The transmission system adopts hardened teeth reducer, which has compact structure, low noise and high efficiency.

5) The base of the machine is a complete frame, it's very convenient for installation and not vibration.
